Account & billing — subscriptions, invoices, payments
Manage your subscription, change plans, update payment methods, and download invoices.
View your subscription
Settings → Billing shows your current plan, billing cycle, next invoice date, and seats used vs available.
Change plan or seats
- Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Pick the new plan and adjust seats.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (no refund).
Update payment method
Settings → Billing → Manage payment opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can add, remove, or update cards and bank accounts. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Download invoices
Settings → Billing → Invoice history. Each row has a Download PDF button. Invoices include your VAT / tax ID if you set one in Settings → Organisation.
Switching annual billing
Annual billing saves ~17%. Switch from monthly at any time — your next renewal becomes annual, and you receive credit for the unused portion of the current monthly cycle.
Cancellation
- Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Your account stays fully active until the end of the current billing period.
- During the next 90 days, your data is retained for reactivation if you change your mind.
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted (with cryptographic key destruction).
- Export your data any time via Settings → Export.
Cancelling does NOT refund the unused portion of an annual subscription unless required by your local consumer law. Switching to monthly first, then cancelling, gives the cleanest exit.
